Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States only.

How much is shipping?

  • Free shipping on orders of $95 or more.

  • Orders under $95 have a flat $8 shipping fee.

How long does it take to process an order?
Processing takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

How long does delivery take after shipping?
Typical transit time is 5–10 business days after shipment.

Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers.

Do you provide tracking?
Tracking information may be provided after shipment. If you need help finding it, contact us with your order number.

What is your order cutoff time?
6:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after the cutoff may begin processing the next business day.

What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Non-quality returns: the buyer pays return shipping.

  • Quality issues / wrong item / delivery damage: the seller covers return shipping or handles the issue depending on the case.

What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item(s).

How long do refunds take?
If approved, we process refunds within 10 business days after approval (timing beyond that can depend on your bank/card issuer).

Do you charge tax at checkout?
No. Product prices include applicable taxes, and we do not add extra tax at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Before shipment: you can request cancellation, but approval is not guaranteed and depends on order status.

  • After shipment: cancellation is not available; follow the return process if eligible.
